Velero Hotel Doha Lusail

I had a wonderful experience at the velero. The interior was stunning, and I loved how close it was to amazing shops and restaurants. The staff made my stay special, especially Hamza and Hakim, who provided excellent service and assistance with transport. The amenities were great, with a great pool and gym, plus a delicious breakfast that catered to different dietary needs. The internet was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected during my trip.

Perfectly clean hotel, services were good and location was particularly good in the modern Lusail area. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I really enjoyed the twin/double room which was magnificent. The breakfast was particularly nice - plenty of dishes. Location : the venue was just off shopping mall, and shopping center. Also, it was 1 mile from Lusail Marina Beach...

The staff are wonderful and the location is stunning and marvellous in the middle of jackson. Also, it is adjacent to shopping mall, communal areas, and Lusail.

Check-in was a nightmare, delayed by over an hour despite the late check-out I had to negotiate. And the room? No view at all-just the hotel's decorations blocking everything. What a letdown!

The Club King Room had a spacious layout with a modern design. The unique coffee machine setup allowed for a bit of convenience, though it lacked a nearby sink.

Room amenities needed improvement, with low-quality options and limited quantities. The absence of a garbage can under the bathroom sink forced unnecessary trips to the enclosed toilet. Slow room service response created frustration when basic requests took too long to address.

The hotel is fine! Loved the cozy vibe, especially the lounge area. The rooftop pool was a highlight too.
